Class Types

WOD (Workout of the Day)

Bundy Fit WODs deliver the ultimate fitness experience. These high-intensity workouts combine lifting, cardio, and functional movements to help you build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Every session is diverse, keeping you challenged and engaged.

Strength

Bundy Fit Strength sessions focus on developing power through progressive overload while emphasising correct technique. You’ll refine your compound and Olympic lifts, build confidence, and lay a solid foundation to support other areas of your training.

Hybrid

Bundy Fit Hybrid training combines running with functional strength movements like wall balls, lunges, and sled work. Designed in a high-intensity format, it’s perfect for improving both fitness and endurance in a fun, fast-paced session.

Open Gym

Enjoy full access to our gym to complete your own training program, accessory work, or extra conditioning at your own pace.

Kids

Our kids classes make fitness fun while teaching the fundamentals of movement, coordination, and strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Teens

Designed for high school students, our Teens classes build strength, fitness, and confidence through high-intensity workouts — helping young athletes gain an edge in sports and life.
