OUR CLASSES
PERFORM
BundyFit Perform classes combine strength, conditioning and functional fitness movements into a high-energy workout. Expect a mix of lifting, cardio and bodyweight exercises designed to improve overall fitness and endurance. These sessions are fun, challenging and suitable for all fitness levels.
BUILD
BundyFit Build classes focus on developing strength and improving lifting technique. These sessions allow more time to work on barbell and strength movements so members can build power, improve form and progress safely. Perfect for anyone wanting to improve strength and performance.
HYROX
BundyFit is proud to be Bundaberg’s only HYROX training facility. HYROX training combines running with functional fitness movements to develop endurance, strength and overall performance. These sessions are great for members who want to challenge themselves and build elite-level conditioning.
PARTNER
BundyFit Partner workouts run on Saturdays and public holidays and are a community favourite. These sessions are usually a little longer and designed to be fun, social and challenging. You have the option of completing the workout with a partner or tackling it solo, so everyone can take part.
RUN CLUB
BundyFit Run Club meets every Sunday at Nielsons Park Beach and is open to all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or looking to improve your running, everyone is welcome. This is a relaxed and supportive session focused on movement, fresh air and community. Best part — we finish with a coffee together.
Run Club is completely FREE and does not count towards your membership.
HERO
BundyFit Hero workouts are on the first Sunday of every month These sessions are longer, more challenging and designed to push you outside your comfort zone, while still being fun and supportive. All workouts are scalable to suit every fitness level, so anyone can take part. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and train alongside the BundyFit community.
OPEN GYM
BundyFit Open Gym gives members the flexibility to train in their own time. You can work on personal goals, practise skills or follow your own program while still being part of the BundyFit training environment.
KIDS & TEENS
We also offer classes designed specifically for kids and teens, helping young people build confidence, coordination and healthy habits through movement these sessions focus on skill development, fitness and creating a positive relationship with exercise.
